Parking area
The hotel has two parking lots. One next to the hotel whose daily cost is €10, the other 1km away whose daily cost is €5. Both car parks are unattended, are available subject to availability and must be reserved at the time of booking confirmation.
Check in and Check out
On the day of arrival the room is available from 12.00 to 12.30.
On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10.00 am.
Late check out: we give the possibility to leave the room until 6.00 pm on the day of departure if there are no concurrent arrivals. A small supplement may be required.

Meal times and menus
Lunch is at 12.30 p.m and dinner at 7.30 p.m.
Every day, you can choose from our meat or fish menus served with a buffet of mixed vegetables for both lunch and dinner. Personalized menus, baby food and vegetable soups for children.

Services for children
Ours is a child-proof structure in which many small attentions and services are dedicated precisely to the little ones. We offer personalized menus for their meals and we provide cots and safety rails for their rest. Furthermore, you can let them play in peace in our colorful indoor children's area.
Pets
We are pet friendly. Your 4-legged friends are welcome and can stay with you at no extra charge. However, you are requested not to bring them into the restaurant and into the children's play area. If you wish to have meals in their company, it will be possible to do so in the hall, just let us know.
Dogs can walk on the beach until 8 in the morning and after 8 pm.
Our affiliated bathroom does not have the possibility to accommodate them however, the bathroom immediately next door (Bagno Corallo 45) has a dog area: 0547-86670

Payment
Payment at the end of the stay can be made in cash, credit card or debit card. Payment by bank transfer or check must be made at least 3 working days before departure
Mini fridge
It is possible to have a fridge in the room on request and with a daily supplement of €5.00
Treatments
The hotel offers the possibility of staying in OVERNIGHT STAY, BED & BREAKFAST, HALF BOARD, FULL BOARD.
The only treatment that includes the beach is ALL INCLUSIVE. It is possible to add the beach service to the other treatments on request and with a relative supplement.

Cancellation policy
It is possible to cancel the reservation without any cost with cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date, otherwise the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.
